Photo shoot with Ledion

Since I’m working to build a stronger portfolio, I put word out to my friends that I would be willing to do a free photo shoot in exchange for full use of the photos. My friend Ledion was the first (and so far only) friend to respond.

We drove up the highway into the canyon and walked around the disc golf course; My goal was to be there around sunset, so we left around 7:00pm. Luckily there weren’t too many golfers out and neither of us got hit by a disk.

The light was a bit harsh when we got there, but quickly turned into the lovely golden light I was looking for. Ledion, of course, was fantastic. He let me know that he had directed his own film in Albania, so he knew what it was like to be on both sides of the lens. That — combined with his great sense of style — made for some great photographs!
